Bracelets
1. Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure, a flat strip of paper, ribbon or a thin string just above the wrist bone, where your bracelet would normally fall.
2. If you’re using a plain strip of paper, ribbon or string, mark your size with a pen or pencil. Use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
A quarter to a half inch will be added to your wrist size for a more comfortable fit.
4mm to 6mm bead bracelets are made to fit wrist sizes 5.5 - 6.5 inches and 8mm bead bracelets fit wrist sizes 6.5 - 7.5 inches.
If you need the size adjusted, feel free to send me your wrist size here. Adding or subtracting length may change the price of your item.
Bead Sizes
Most bracelets are created with size 6mm and 4mm beads. An 8mm bead bracelet can be created at your request.
Necklaces can be made with both 6mm and 8mm beads.
All malas are made with 8mm beads. A mala can be created with 6mm beads at your request.
Malas (50 - 55”)
Stone Gypsy malas measure between 50 and 55 inches. I’m happy to create necklaces in any sizes in-between 24 and 55 inches. If you’d like a custom size, please contact me here to get started.
24" Length: Falls below the neckline.
30” Length: Hangs at or just below the diaphragm, between the bosom.
36" Length: Will hang below the bosom.
42” Length: Hangs at or just above the navel. They can be worn as a single strand or can be wrapped twice around your neck and worn as a double strand.
50“ Length: Most malas fall at this length. They will hang at or below the navel, between the hips. They can be worn as a single strand or can be wrapped twice around your neck and worn as a double strand.
