Shipping
UNITED STATES
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance.
You will be notified when your order is shipped along with a USPS tracking number. Contact www.USPS.com to track your order.
Shipment Times
Orders will ship in 1 to 3 business days. If it will take a little longer I will notify you. For custom made or custom sized orders, please allow 10 to 15 more business days.
Please let me know if you need your piece urgently. I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
Wholesale orders have different shipping times depending on the size of the order. Please contact me here.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your order! I accept returns for store credit only. A store credit will be applied for the purchase price of the item, shipping and handling charges are not included. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Exchanges
I regret that I cannot offer exchanges for items that have been worn or used. Gemstones with fragrance on them will be considered worn and are therefore ineligible for exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item, and it meets the return criteria above, I will gladly replace it with another item of your choice. If you choose to exchange an item, please let me know your choice for the replacement.
As soon as I receive your item, I will ship the new item to you within 1 to 3 business days. If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the new one, I will contact you regarding the payment method you prefer. If the new item is less, a store credit will be applied.
Repairs
I am committed to your complete satisfaction. In the instance that a repair is needed I can do so free of charge during the first 90 days of purchase, less shipping both ways.
Contact me before sending me your item for repair. Please send your item in a padded envelope with your name, mailing and email address. Include a check or money order for the return shipping cost and repair fee, if applicable, written to Stone Gypsy. Ship to the following address:

Repairs are free during the first 90 days of purchase. After 90 days we will request a $10.00 labor fee for bracelets, and a $40.00 labor fee for malas.
It is my promise that your jewelry will look like new. Repair services take 1 to 2 weeks to complete.
If you are shipping an item to me, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
